Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We take pride in the items that we stock and we hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your order after you have confimed purchase, we will refund you in full. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit or to your credit card or bank account.

If the item you have received is faulty or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via email at sageandthyme.nz@gmail.com, including a photo. You will need to return the item to us for inspection (at your cost) and we will organise a replacement (or credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase. NOTE: If the goods are damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging, no refund will be made.

We are unable to offer change of mind refunds or refunds/exchanges on sale items. Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it. We urge all customers to choose their purchases carefully as we are not obligated to exchange due to change of mind. For this reason, any exchanges will be at our discretion.

As some of our goods are handmade, be prepared to accept some minor imperfections and variations in these products.
